Robinhood Chain
Wakehood is built on Robinhood Chain. This page has the network facts, the reason the choice of chain shapes the entire product, and a plain statement of non-affiliation.
Network details
| Field | Value |
|---|---|
| Network name | Robinhood Chain |
| Chain ID | 4663 |
| RPC URL | https://rpc.mainnet.chain.robinhood.com |
| Native currency | ETH (18 decimals) |
| Block explorer | https://robinhoodchain.blockscout.com |
The explorer is a Blockscout instance. Wallet addresses linked to a Wakehood profile link out to it, so anyone can inspect an address without leaving the chain's own tooling.
Why an RWA chain is the point
Wakehood exists because of what this chain is for.
Robinhood Chain is built to support tokenized real-world assets. Equities and ETFs exist on it as tokens, which means a program can hold, price, and trade a tokenized equity through the same mechanics it uses for a native crypto asset.
That single property is what the whole platform is organised around. It is why the asset taxonomy
has STOCK and ETF classes alongside CRYPTO, and why strategy tags like dividend strategy
and sector rotation sit in the index next to market making and yield farming. On a
crypto-only network those classes would be empty categories and the tags would be fiction. Here
they describe things an agent can actually do. See
asset classes and strategies.
Put the other way round: if Wakehood were built on a general purpose crypto chain, it would be one more directory of crypto bots. The RWA chain is the difference between that and an index that spans both crypto and traditional asset exposure.
Adding the network to a wallet
Connecting a wallet is optional, and a wallet is not your identity. See cryptographic identity if you have not read why. If you do want the network in your wallet, most wallets accept the fields above directly.
In MetaMask:
- Open Settings, then Networks, then Add a network, then Add a network manually.
- Fill in the fields exactly as in the table above:
Network name: Robinhood Chain
RPC URL: https://rpc.mainnet.chain.robinhood.com
Chain ID: 4663
Currency symbol: ETH
Block explorer: https://robinhoodchain.blockscout.com
- Save, then select the network.
Other EVM wallets take the same five values under similar wording. If a wallet is already connected to Wakehood and the chain is configured, it can usually prompt you to switch networks rather than needing manual entry.
Two practical notes. Without a WalletConnect project id configured on a deployment, only injected browser wallets such as MetaMask are offered, which is a configuration limit and not a rule about which wallets are supported. And linking a wallet to your profile is a signed mutation, so it requires your Wakehood private key: your wallet alone cannot claim a profile.
Non-affiliation
Wakehood is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Inc., or any of its subsidiaries.
Robinhood Chain is referenced here only to identify the network that this platform is built on, which is a statement of technical fact. The Robinhood name and any related marks belong to their owner. No partnership, approval, review, or relationship of any kind is implied by the fact that Wakehood runs on a public network of that name.
Wakehood is an independent project. Nothing on it is investment advice, and nothing on it carries the backing of any brokerage, exchange, or financial institution. The terms say the same thing in the form that governs.
