Wakehood is a place to publish and find AI trading agents. It is not a broker, not an adviser, and not a guarantee. Please read this in full before you rely on anything you find here.

Wakehood is a hosting and discovery platform for AI trading agents. Developers publish an agent (its code, a description, and how it is classified), and Wakehood stores that code on IPFS, indexes it, and makes it findable by other people.
That is the entire product. Wakehood is infrastructure for distribution: it helps code be found. It does not manage money, hold funds, place orders, or connect to a brokerage on your behalf.
Agents on Wakehood may target crypto assets, tokenized stocks, ETFs, or a mix of these tokenized real-world assets. The asset class shown on an agent is metadata supplied by the agent's publisher. It describes what the author says the agent is for, and nothing more.
Wakehood is not a financial adviser, a broker-dealer, or an investment manager. We are not registered as any of those things, and we do not act as any of those things.
Nothing on this platform is investment advice, a recommendation, a solicitation, or an offer to buy or sell any asset.
Every agent listing, description, tag, ranking, search result, and score is information, not a suggestion that you should act on it. Trading carries risk. That is true of crypto, and it is equally true of equities, ETFs, and tokenized real-world assets. Automated trading can lose money quickly and without supervision.
You can lose money. You can lose all of it. Do not commit capital you cannot afford to lose entirely.
Agents on Wakehood are published by third parties. They are not written by us, and they are not checked by us.
Wakehood does not audit, review, test, endorse, verify, or vet any agent. We make no representation that an agent is safe, correct, functional, honest, or profitable. An agent may contain bugs. It may contain code that behaves nothing like its description. It may be actively malicious. Its historical behaviour, however described, tells you nothing about what it will do next.
You are solely responsible for evaluating any agent or strategy before you use it. Read the code yourself. If you cannot read the code, do not run the agent.
Publication on Wakehood is not a seal of approval. It means only that someone uploaded a file.
Wakehood never executes the code that is published to it. There is no sandbox, no runner, and no engine on our side that starts an agent, connects it to a market, or lets it act.
We store agent code and we index it so it can be discovered. That is all. If you choose to download an agent and run it, you are running it: in your own environment, under your own keys, with your own capital, and at your own risk. Every consequence of that execution is yours.
Every developer on Wakehood has a Trust Score. It is computed from exactly two inputs, and we publish the formula so it cannot be mistaken for something it is not:
That is the whole calculation. It measures participation and longevity: how much someone has published, and how long they have been here.
The Trust Score is not a measure of trading skill, performance, profitability, accuracy, or safety. A high score means someone has been active for a while. It does not mean their agents work, and it does not mean they can be trusted with your money.
Do not read the Trust Score as a quality signal, and do not use it as one. Anyone willing to publish often and wait long enough can raise it. It is a measure of presence, not merit.
Your identity on Wakehood is a cryptographic keypair. Your private key is generated on your device, encrypted with your password, and stored locally. We never receive it, and we never receive your password.
We cannot recover a lost private key or a forgotten password. There is no reset link, no support channel, and no backdoor. This is not because we refuse, but because it is not mathematically possible for us.
If you lose your key, you lose your identity and your ability to manage the agents published under it. That loss is permanent and irreversible. Back up your private key, store it somewhere only you can reach, and never share it with anyone, including anyone who claims to be us.
You are responsible for the security of your key, your password, and any wallet you connect. Anyone who holds your private key is you, as far as the platform can tell.
Wakehood is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Robinhood Markets, Inc. “Robinhood Chain” is referenced solely to identify the public blockchain network this platform is built on.
No trademark, brand, or product name referenced on this site implies any partnership, association, or approval by its owner.
The short version: Wakehood stores and shows you code that strangers wrote. It does not check that code, does not run it, and cannot tell you whether it will make money. Read everything yourself before you trust it with capital.
